Embodied Yoga
is a slow paced exploration of subtle movements, that invites each participant to become intimately connected with the experience of aliveness in their body through compassion, curiosity, and wonderment.
This is an opportunity to embrace yourself in the now, while in community, without judgement or comparison.
You will have a chance to tend to any stress, anxiety, physical aches and/or pain, or fatigue, and draw awareness to, and unlearn habitual holding patterns from tensions and stress.
There are no goals in Embodied Yoga. No flexibility needed. No promised outcomes. There is simply an invitation to rekindle, and deepen, your relationship to your body.
